Rain Day Policy

Louisville Inflatables is in the business of providing the safest fun available, because of safety, we have had to institute a rain day policy so that customers understand why rain delays or possible cancellations may occur.

1. Louisville Inflatables retains the right to delay or cancel a reservation due to rain, high winds, or any act of Mother Nature as felt to be a unsafe atmosphere.

2. We make every attempt to get your event in. Sometimes this could mean waiting a few extra minutes to see if the weather is going to pass. We can operate in most all weather, but CANNOT operate during rain. We will however, try to wait it out if possible. Weather related cancellations are made by Louisville Inflatables ON THE EVENT DATE.

3. If you or Louisville Inflatables has to cancel because of a weather related issue. You have up to 1 year to use your deposit for another party. If you fail to book another event within the 1 year, you will forfeit your deposit.

4. Weather conditions will be assessed on the morning of the event date. If the chance of rain is 50% or less and weather conditions permit, we will deliver the inflatable as usual and the customer is obligated to accept delivery. If the chance of rain is 60% or greater, the customer has the option to accept delivery or cancel the rental and receive a credit of the deposit. However, we reserve the right to
cancel the rental if we believe the weather will be detrimental to our equipment or cause unsafe conditions. Once the customer accepts delivery, full payment is due with no refunds. We DO NOT deliver in the rain or when the rain is believed to be imminent (as determined by radar future-cast).
